KES proudly done the BMS project of “Grand Millennium” ShariJwan Tower “Five Stars Hotel in Sulaimaniyah-Iraq”. The project included the design, materials supply, implementation, programming, customization, commissioning, start up, and local training of Building Management System (BMS) for HVAC and plumbing equipment of a BACnet complaint BMS system with all the required field sensors and field devices. The BMS function is to automate, control, and monitor the HVAC system; and to monitor the plumbing equipment’s. Also, the system monitored other systems “fire alarm system, lighting management system …” by system to system integration. Power Iraq the MEP contractor of ShariJwan Tower has awarded the BMS project to KES.
