The scope of the project is Designing, Installing, Commissioning and Setting SCADA System which include: SCADA Hardware and Software, Control Room SCADA Operations Consoles, DSLWAN Communication Network, SCADA Servers, GPRS/3G or Radio wireless router for remote outstation communication, Remote Terminal Units ( RTUs), Engineering, Configuration and programming of the system, Technical Documentation, Supply of Spare Parts, Commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Documentation Revised “as-built”, Staff training, and Startup.
